Since everyone is trying to lose weight...no since in me being left behind. My goal is to lose as much weight before my aerobics is class is over which ends on August 12. The first thing I'm trying to do is to cut out pop and juice and just drink water, which is trying task because when you drink so much water, you have to pee like a racehorse. I also plan on working out at least 3 times a week. I think I want to document my progress. I plan on being lean, mean cutie by the end of the summer.
